Position : System Analyst

Salary : RM 5,000 - RM 7,500

Location : Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Working days : 10am – 7pm / Mon - Fri

Job Summary

We are seeking a System Analyst to analyse, design, and implement software solutions that align with business objectives and user needs. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure effective system delivery, performance, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
• Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation
• Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with user expectations
• Prepare system diagrams, data flowcharts, ERD, and other technical documentation
• Conduct system testing, validation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and reliability
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and implementation activities for new systems and enhancements
• Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support for deployed systems and applications
• Coordinate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions when appropriate

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or related role in software development projects
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with modeling tools and techniques such as UML, BPMN, and ERD
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, and programming concepts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with enterprise systems or custom software solutions is an advantage
• Knowledge of systems integration, business process improvement, and software testing practices is a plus
• Professional certifications such as CBAP or CCBA are an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
