Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all mechanical activities at site and check the compliance with the project/contract specification & cost
• Coordinate with clients on mechanical engineering, preventive maintenance fabrication and construction issues
• Monitor workers daily activities and work progress reporting
• Responsible for monitoring the subcontractor’s daily activities, work progress, quality inspection check and safety surveillance
• Responsible for project documentations such as inspection and Test Plans, drawing preparation, redline mark-up and other related project documents
• Act as liaison to the owner for all mechanical maintenance service activities

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree with 2-3 years with similar project experiences, onsite construction and engineering job experience
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates may also apply for junior position
• Proficient in AutoCAD software 2D or 3D version
• Good in MS Office and Computer Skills
• Demonstrated excellent project management skills, detailed-oriented, possesses mechanical insight, a self-starter, ability to work effectively with staff and vendors, capable of handling multiple concurrent assignments, as well as possessing a strong work ethic.
