Job descriptions

• Assist in providing first-level technical support (such as account setup, password resets, access requests etc.) and create log, track and follow up on helpdesk tickets.
• Assist and support in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, scanners, handheld devices and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Support data entry, validation, simple report generation and maintain IT asset inventory and labelling.
• Prepare simple user guides, SOPs and troubleshooting notes and provide suggestions to improve IT processes and user experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and networking fundamentals.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and able to cope in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
