Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. About the Team:
The Campaign Programmes team identifies opportunities to improve platform performance through structured programmes, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualise, implement, and optimise initiatives aligned with Shopee’s broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with excellent stakeholder management skills and a data-driven mindset. They should be comfortable analysing performance trends, translating insights into actionable initiatives, and driving cross-functional execution to deliver measurable business impact.
Job Description:
  • Conceptualise and develop platform-level programmes that support Shopee’s broader business objectives.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of initiatives.
  • Assist in full-cycle campaign project management; hands-on execution, monitoring, and reporting
  • Real-time monitoring of programme performance through various metrics and analysis, evaluating impact, and identifying optimisation opportunities.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable improvements and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in Project Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, Media Planning, or other related fields, is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing or other relevant field of studies from a reputable university - Candidates with no/ less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
  • Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Willing to be hands-on with strong project management and executional abilities
  • Comfortable working with numbers, analytical, and sharp
  • Strong problem-solver with ability to translate insights into actionable next steps
  • Team player, driven, resilient, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
