Marketing & Lead Generation

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for condominium projects (digital & offline)
• Manage property listing platforms, social media pages, and company website
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts (Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, etc.)
• Monitor and track marketing leads and ensure proper follow-up with sales team
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports

Project Promotion & Branding

• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, buntings, hoardings, banners, EDMs, and advertisements
• Coordinate with designers, printers, and advertising agencies
• Ensure project branding and messaging are consistent across all channels
• Assist in new project launches and rebranding initiatives

Events & Sales Support

• Organise roadshows, property fairs, soft launches, and official launch events
• Prepare sales kits, booking forms, and promotional materials
• Support sales team with marketing tools and updated project information
• Liaise with bankers, agents, and external marketing partners

Market Research

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor property market trends and pricing strategies
• Gather feedback from prospects and sales team to improve marketing strategies

Preferred Skills

• Experience in condominium or landed residential project marketing
• Basic Knowledge of HDA, SPA process, and property sales documentation
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Ability to work on weekends during roadshows or launches when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
