Responsibilities

Admin & Account Assistant (Junior | 3-Month Contract)

Office job 5 working days
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)

We are looking for a junior candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn for an Admin & Account Assistant role.

Job Scope:

  • Filing, scanning, and documentation
  • Basic invoice checking and issuing Invoice/DO
  • Support daily admin and accounting tasks

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Able to do admin tasks such as filing, scanning, and reporting
  • Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
  • Experience in invoice checking / issuing Invoice & DO is an advantage
  • Diploma in Accounting or candidates with accounting background are encouraged to apply
