POSITION SUMMARY:
Customer service portfolio as a start, also gearing to take up full sets of account management responsibilities in the near future.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focus on customer service related activities; include order processing, supply chain management, inquiries, quotations, customer complaints and overall order tracking management.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concern.
- Prepare to take up full set of account management responsibilities.
- Support department and customer related activities; include customer visit and department activities.
- Total customer satisfaction requirements.
- Business travels as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications, experience
- Diploma/degree in business disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Good administration and organization skill with attention to details.
- A team player.
- Initiative to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to interpret and summarize complex documents/situations into workable action items and seeing through the process.
- Ability to create business presentation needs.
Generic & Functional Skills / competencies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge will be an advantage.
INTERACTIONS:
- Window of communication between customer and internal teams which include upward, lateral and downward to reach work requirements.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
