Job Scope

• Manage daily banking activities, including deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
• Liaise and coordinate with banks on trade facilities such as LCs, TTs, bank guarantees, and loan arrangements.
• Prepare, submit, and track documentation for trade facilities, loan drawdowns, and related applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all banking and facility transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and cash flow management for the division.
• Monitor facility utilization and support financial forecasting and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external auditors, and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and banking regulations.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance or banking operations (preferably in trede finance).
• Good understanding of banking procedures and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Salary/ Others

• Salary: Up to RM7,000 (Max)
• Working Arrangement: 5.5 working days and fully on site
• Signed on bonus provided

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
