Responsibilities
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategies and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department.
This role requires a hands-on individual with strong coordination skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, and the ability to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with the creative and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Execution and Coordination:
Execute marketing campaigns in accordance with approved strategies and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Monitor campaign progress and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Content and Creative Management:
Oversee the development and execution of content across digital platforms, including social media and promotional materials.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and videographers to ensure quality and consistency.
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the Company’s brand guidelines.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in managing digital marketing activities, including social media platforms, paid advertisements, and online campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data.
Team Supervision and Operations:
Supervise daily activities of marketing team members and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines to maintain productivity and accountability.
Escalate operational issues or delays to the Marketing Manager when necessary.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Track campaign effectiveness and highlight key insights for improvement.
Maintain proper documentation of marketing activities and results.
Collaboration with Sales Department:
Support the alignment of marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
Assist in generating leads through targeted marketing efforts.
Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials to support sales activities.
Event and Activation Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or content-driven environments.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and current marketing trends.
Hands-on experience with content coordination, campaign execution, and basic analytics.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
