We are looking for a Digital Sales Associate to drive business growth through consultative selling. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their business challenges and present tailored digital and AI solutions, as well as our professional training courses, to meet their needs. Acting as trusted advisor, you will qualify opportunities and collaborate with the Projects delivery team to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage overall branding and marketing direction
• Ensure consistent brand message across social media, campaigns, and materials
• Plan marketing strategies for recruitment, events, and business growth
• Work with internal team, interns and vendors on execution
• Review campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Support organization branding and lead generation initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in branding, marketing, or similar roles
• Good understanding of digital marketing and branding
• Able to plan strategy and also support execution when needed
• Organized, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team
