Job Description
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings for systems.
- To assist for the staff onboarding and offboarding and setup workstations, user accounts, and software for new hires and manage equipment retrieval.
- Perform regular backups and basic IT security checks to protect data.
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures and log tickets to track service requests.
Work Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proficient with Windows, networking fundamentals, and security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, technical support abilities, and communication skills to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
