Company Introduction

Rawr Global is a digital creative agency that thrives on speed and storytelling. We are currently looking for a high-energy Multimedia & Content Intern to join our team. This isn’t a "get coffee" internship. You will be an essential part of our production engine, working directly under our Digital Content Producer to deliver high-impact content for global brands.

The Role Breakdown

We operate on an 80/20 production model. We need someone who can handle the "bread and butter" of agency work with precision while bringing the "fire" to our video content.

• 80% Static Support: Mastering the "Grid." You will handle text adjustments, resizing, alignments, and ensuring every static asset is pixel-perfect and brand-compliant.
• 20% Video Creation: Mastering the "Vibe." You will be responsible for editing short-form Reels/TikToks, sourcing B-roll, and finding the right assets to make our video content pop.

What We Are Looking For

• Portfolio Over Paper: We do not care about your CGPA. We care about your Behance, Instagram, or TikTok portfolio. Show us you can design a clean layout and edit a video with good rhythm.
• Current Students Only: Due to government grant requirements (LiKES), you must be a current Malaysian student enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program with a valid internship placement letter from your institution.
• Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must. For video, you should be comfortable in Premiere Pro or CapCut (Desktop).
• Independence: You should be able to take a creative brief and run with it. We want to support you, but we also want you to own your work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Allowance: RM 700 to RM 1,200 (Negotiable based on portfolio strength).
• Mentorship: Direct access and training from our Digital Content Producer
• Grant Support: We are a LiKES-registered employer. We provide all necessary documentation for your industrial training credits.
• Location: Fully Remote (Work-From-Home)

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
