Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Penang. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, managing our social media platforms, and executing digital advertising strategies to drive brand awareness for our medical solutions. You will work closely with our lead designer to ensure all marketing efforts align with company goals and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation & Planning: Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality digital content, including posts, videos, and newsletters.
- SEO & SEM: Monitor and optimize website rankings through SEO best practices and manage targeted digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Campaign Analytics: Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media reach using analytical tools.
- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Designer to ensure visual and written content is consistent with the company’s professional standards.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities within the medical device industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship or work experience in digital marketing is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
-Familiarity with social media management tools and ad managers.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Soft Skills: A proactive attitude, creative mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
