RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Data Management

• Key in daily sales transactions into the system accurately
• Verify and reconcile sales reports from retail outlets
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate with warehouse if needed

2. Retail Staff Attendance Support

• Track and record retail staff attendance (in/out, lateness, OT, leave)
• Ensure attendance records are updated and accurate
• Assist in preparing attendance reports for payroll processing

3. Operations Scheduling

• Arrange and manage retail staff work schedules/rosters
• Coordinate shift planning to ensure sufficient manpower
• Handle last-minute schedule changes and replacements

4. Administrative Support

• Maintain proper filing of operational documents and reports
• Handle internal communication between outlets and HQ
• Assist in preparing SOPs and operational guidelines

5. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with retail outlets on daily operational matters
• Support store setup, promotions, or events when required
• Follow up on operational issues and escalate when necessary

6. Inventory & Stock Coordination

• Assist in stock tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock replenishment
• Monitor discrepancies and report any issues

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Related working experience in related field
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
• Able to start immediately will be added as advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
