What you'll be doing

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for our clients' industrial automation systems and equipment
• Conduct installations, commissioning, and maintenance activities for our products and solutions
• Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Prepare detailed service reports and documentation to ensure effective communication with clients
• Participate in customer training sessions and demonstrations to promote our products and services
• Maintain a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field service or technical support role
• Strong practical knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLC programming, and electrical/electronic troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and the ability to work well in a team

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
