Responsibility
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and financial reports
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and meeting reporting deadlines
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
- Assist in year-end closing and financial statement preparation
- Review SST/E-invoicing workings
- Handle client enquiries and provide accounting support/advice
- Supervise and guide junior account executives and assistants
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Assist in process improvement and internal workflow efficiency
- Support ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Higher
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good time management, problem solving & interpersonal skills
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
