About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Tender & Sales Administration Executive to support our business development and sales team. This role will be responsible for managing tender submissions, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth sales administrative processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents and proposals according to requirements and deadlines.
- Review tender specifications and ensure compliance with submission requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary documents and information for tender submissions.
- Maintain records of tender documents, submissions, and outcomes.
- Track tender opportunities, deadlines, and submission schedules.
Sales Administration
- Assist the sales team with quotation preparation, proposal documentation, and contract paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of sales documents, client information, and pricing lists.
- Support order processing and documentation when required.
Office Administration
- Handle general office administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and record management.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with meeting arrangements, document preparation, and internal coordination.
- Support HR or management with administrative tasks when required.
- Review tender specifications and ensure compliance with submission requirements.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years experience in tender management, sales administration, or similar role (fresh graduates with strong administrative skills may apply).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling government or corporate tenders.
- Familiarity with proposal writing and compliance documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
