PROSPECT GENERATION & QUALIFICATION
- Generate leads through networking and industry event attendance.
- Identify potential project opportunities, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to qualify and rank leads based on strategic considerations and/or prospective business value.
- Expected to demonstrate the company’s capabilities to prospective clients and stakeholders.
PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BIDS
- Complete and submit pre-qualifications for bids.
- Check the status of pre-qualification.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL MARKETING
- After obtaining the sanction of the Managing Director, compile and work on a monthly company newsletter and town hall presentations.
- Create Fact Sheets for completed projects.
- Work on company’s LinkedIn account and postings along with the Managing Director and external MarComms consultant.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Enhance existing and develop new business relationship with existing Project Management Companies, Design Firms, Quantity Surveyors, and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) consultants.
TENDER INTERVIEWS
- Collaborate with the Bid Team, the Project Team, and the Design Team to create customized and persuasive tender interview presentations.
- When required, attend tender interviews with the Director of Business Development or Managing Director.
REPORTING
- Maintain an accurate log of business development and tender interviews activities.
- Provide meeting updates to the Director of Business Development and Managing Director via the designated channels.
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in Mass Communication/Marketing in the absence which incumbent should have 4 to 6 years of related experience
- Four or more years of broad sales and marketing experience
- Some experience in managing sales and marketing activities
