Your Role:

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that focus on social, emotional, cognitive, physical development of students.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery.
• Use positive discipline techniques to promote good behavior, respect, and a positive attitude among children.
• Observe and assess children’s behavior, development, and learning, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
• Work closely with parents, guardians, and other teachers to support each child’s individual needs and interests.

About You:

• Possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Relevant experience working with toddlers, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of child development theories, best practices in early childhood education, and language acquisition principles.
• Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other teachers.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.
