Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial closings accurately and completely.
• Maintain accounting records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and promptly analyze and address abnormalities.
• Reconcile various accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with the central finance office, domestic banks, and other related units.
• Prepare and revise financial documents, including expenditure vouchers, exchange vouchers, loan withdrawal requests, loan receipt letters, loan agreements, debt repayment agreements, foreign currency transaction forms, letters of credit applications, trust receipt agreements (T/R), shipping guarantee forms, bills of exchange, letters of guarantee (L/G), forward contracts, option confirmations, and other related documents.
• Manage and analyze costing for production processes to ensure accurate cost allocation and control.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Observe and verify physical inventory counts.
• Observe and verify physical property, plant, and equipment (PPE).
• Handle other assigned tasks as required.
• This position is based in the factory and requires active engagement with production and operational teams to support financial and cost management initiatives.

Work Location: Bandar Baru Enstek.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Experience in financial software and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
