About the role
This full-time Sales Support Admin Executive role is an integral part of the BERJAYA CKE GROUP - Export Sales Division based in the Berjaya CKE Corporate Office (Wisma CKE), Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this position, you will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the company's export sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective client service delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation of export sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule export sales meetings, appointments, and events.
- Support the sales team with various marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update customer records and database.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the export sales function.
What we're looking for
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent field.
- Have a minimum of 2~3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Display the ability to work well both in a team environment and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a positive, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Candidates must be fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Salary offer will be based on the relevant experience related to the role's requirements.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
