Sales Manager (POS Solutions)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive business growth in the POS solutions space. This role will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing go-to-market strategies, and expanding the merchant base across F&B and retail segments in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the local sales team to achieve business targets
- Drive end-to-end sales activities including client acquisition, product demonstrations, proposal management, and deal closure
- Build, optimize, and enforce structured sales processes, pipeline management, and KPI tracking
- Identify and capture opportunities within the F&B and retail merchant segments
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including product, implementation, and regional teams to ensure smooth business rollout
- Provide hands-on support in key deals while coaching and mentoring team members
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in POS systems or related industry (mandatory)
- Prior experience in a team lead or managerial role
- Strong understanding of the Malaysia F&B and retail market landscape
- Demonstrated ability in sales strategy, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
