Responsibilities
1. Accounts Management (Ownership of Portfolio)
· Maintain strong working relationships with store owners and managers.
· Take full ownership of a portfolio of accounts, overseeing inventory, sales performance and payment status.
· Analyze inventory trends and proactively identify replenishment opportunities and minimal out-of-stock and drive revenue growth.
· Implement structured payment follow-ups to maintain healthy accounts receivable and cash flow stability.
2. Payment Collection Management (Financial Discipline & Communication)
· Communicate with customers regarding payment schedules, collection progress and outstanding balances.
· Issue Statements of Account (SOA) and payment reminders in a systematic and timely manner.
3. Reporting & Performance Tracking (Data-Driven Insights)
· Prepare and present structured weekly sales and payment reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
