Responsibilities

Overview of the Position :

This role is to ensure efficient store room operations while providing excellent service to Independent Business Owners (IBOs). This role involves handling duties within the stock room, including stock receiving, replenishment, organization, and inventory management, while also supporting sales transactions and customer service at the sales counter.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

Store Room Operations:

  • Pick and pack orders high with accuracy and speed to meet daily operational needs.
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming stock shipments efficiently.
  • Store items systematically based on category, batch, and movement frequency (FIFO / FEFO practice).
  • Ensure proper stock rotation and prevent product expirations.
  • Replenish stock in the stock room to ensure smooth operations.
  • Rearrange and organize stock room items for optimal space utilization and accessibility.
  • Handle heavy cartons and stock movements safely and effectively.
  • Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts) and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or losses promptly.
  • Prepare and place 2-3 stock orders based on sales trends and inventory levels. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a safe working environment in the stock room at all times.
  • Continuously improve stock handling processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Sales Counter & Customer Service:

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience at BEHQ-Link 2.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations.
  • Assist IBOs in processing sales and IBO registration transactions when required.
  • Provide updated product information and promotional details to IBOs.
  • Participate in company events and promotional activities as needed.
  • Performa any ad hoc task as assigned by superior and management from time to time.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience handling frequent stock turnover and inventory management is preferred.
  • Ability to manage heavy loading and unloading of goods.
  • Knowledge of stock replenishment processes and inventory optimization.
  • Experience in store room management, including organization and space utilization.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and stock control practices.
  • Experience in pick and pack operations to support accurate order fulfillment.
  • Able to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
  • Working days : Monday to Friday (10am - 7pm)
