Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction, hardware, and industrial sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hardware dealers, contractors, project managers, and end users
• Promote and sell COOLMAN diamond tools and SHIBUYA core drilling equipment to customers
• Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical discussions with customers when required
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate effectively to secure sales orders
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives
• Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and market feedback
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements within the industry
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer support
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on the latest construction and diamond tool technologies

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
