We are looking for a skilled Debug Technician to join our production team. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality and optimizing manufacturing yields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Product Engineers to achieve yield targets, manage scrap costs, and improve debug accuracy.
• Support evaluations for BOM cost improvements and test time reduction projects.
• Conduct real-time debug and prepare detailed Failure Analysis (FA) reports.
• Drive continual improvement in repair quality and process efficiency.
• Maintain strict compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and ISO standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in optical device testing/repair or PCBA troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in reading circuit diagrams and using test instruments like spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and collaborate effectively with support teams.
• Must be willing to undergo technical training in Ipoh and work on Night Shift rotations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
