Job Responsibilities
Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, and puddings according to standard recipes
Ensure consistent quality and presentation in line with central kitchen SOPs and brand standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and ensure proper upkeep of kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety requirements
Manage receiving, handling, storage, and packing of ingredients and finished products under required temperature conditions
Requirements
Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
Able to work in a chilled environment (approx. 15C)
Prior pastry or central kitchen experience will be an advantage
