Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, maintenance, and administrative support.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Organize, maintain, and update company records, databases, and files.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
