Responsibilities
The Mechanical Engineering Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all mechanical engineering activities across the Asia-Pacific region, with a primary focus on execution, industrialization, and production readiness.
This role serves as the on-site mechanical authority and operates as a peer to global mechanical leadership. It ensures full alignment between design, validation, and manufacturing while maintaining the highest standards of quality, performance, and scalability.
Critically, this role is accountable for mechanical design and prototyping activities up to the successful completion and approval of the First Article (FA). Upon FA approval, full ownership of the product transitions to the Operations and Manufacturing (OPS) Department for production and ongoing execution.

The individual will act as the mechanical authority on-site, bridging the gap between global design teams and local manufacturing operations, while ensuring that all products are properly engineered, validated, and transitioned into production with discipline and efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Strong expertise in SolidWorks (assemblies, detailed drawings, PDM)
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
