Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring efficient office operations and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate data entry and records across Procurement, HR, and Facility Management departments
- Update and manage spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems
- Handle document filing, scanning, and organization of company records
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and quotations
- Support facility management documentation and asset tracking
- Prepare reports, letters, and other office documentation as required
- Manage emails and internal communication professionally
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma (or equivalent)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
