About The Client:
Our client is an established property and real estate company committed to delivering quality developments and long-term value. Our client is looking to strengthen its brand presence beyond its core industry and is seeking a proactive professional who can open doors and build strong external relationships.
This role acts as the bridge between the brand and the external world — including media partners, industry stakeholders, and strategic collaborators. You will help shape the company’s public image, manage external communications, and support leadership visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with media partners, digital publications, and relevant industry channels
- Pitch and coordinate media collaboration opportunities such as feature placements, interviews, and leadership profiles
- Develop and manage a structured media outreach plan from initial contact through follow-up and reporting
- Support leadership visibility by coordinating media opportunities, preparing talking points, and managing communications calendars
- Draft and distribute press releases and official announcements for key company updates and milestones
- Build and maintain a database of media contacts, journalists, editors, and content partners
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s brand communications strategy in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Monitor brand presence and media coverage, providing regular insights and reports
- Work with Design and Content teams to ensure all external materials are aligned with brand guidelines
- Identify and explore partnership and co-marketing opportunities to expand brand reach
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in brand communications, media relations, corporate communications, or external affairs
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken); strong English writing skills are essential
- Proven ability to independently build and manage external stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels, from content creators to senior executives
- Excellent written communication skills, including pitches, press releases, executive profiles, and brand copy
- Self-directed and resourceful, with the ability to build processes and create opportunities independently
