Responsibilities
Administrative Staff (Full-Time)
GL Academy is looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Staff to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who are able to communicate professionally, multitask efficiently, and provide excellent support for the daily operations of the academy.
Working Hours
Main Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Optional Additional Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
(You may apply part-time for this hours as well)
Salary
- RM1,800 – RM3,500 per month
- Salary will depend on working hours, experience, and skill set
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Mandarin or Korean speaking ability is preferred (but not compulsory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with student registration and inquiries
- Coordinate class schedules and attendance records
- Communicate with students, parents, and teachers
- Manage documents, reports, and basic data entry
- Support front desk and customer service operations
- Assist management with other administrative duties when required
