We are looking for Buyer / Merchandiser to plan and manage our product range to drive sales performance. This role is responsible for analyzing sales and inventory data to recommend what products, colors, and sizes to reorder or discontinue. You will play a key role in planning product releases and driving sales performance. You will work closely with internal teams to improve product performance, increase profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Description

Sales & Product Analysis

Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by:

• Product | Color | Size
• Identify best sellers and slow movers
• Analyze sell-through rate and product trends

Inventory

Monitor stock levels across:

• Warehouse | Retail stores | Online
• Ensure proper stock allocation and replenishment
• Highlight overstock and low stock risks

Product Planning & Decision Making

Recommend:

• Reorders for fast-moving items
• Discount strategies for slow-moving stock
• Future product direction (colors, styles, sizing)
• Work closely with production team on buying decisions

Store & Product Performance Monitoring

Work with retail team to understand:

• Customer preferences
• In-store feedback
• Ensure stores are stocked with the right products

Reporting

Prepare weekly reports including:

• Top 10 best sellers
• Bottom 10 slow movers
• Inventory health
• Action recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years experience in merchandising / planning / inventory (fashion preferred)
• Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Detail-oriented and data-driven
• Strong understanding of retail and product trends
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
