We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Event Support Assistant (Warehouse & Setup) to join our team in Singapore.

Job Scope:

• Assist with warehouse logistics and daily operations
• Load, unload, pack, and move event equipment/materials
• Support simple event setup and teardown
• Help with basic admin and computer-related tasks
• Use Microsoft Office for simple documentation and coordination
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Able to work flexible hours depending on event schedules
• Able to read, write, and speak English
• Basic computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Office
• Own motorcycle or car
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to travel to Singapore for work
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, event setup and able to drive a manual van will be an advantage
