What you'll be doing?

• Manage Full Set of Accounts: Handle journal entries, general ledger, and month-end closing with precision and care.
• Prepare Financial Reports: Create monthly management accounts and schedules that provide valuable insights to management.
• Oversee Receivables and Payables: Ensure timely billing, collection, and payment processes, maintaining accurate records.
• Submit SST Returns: Prepare and submit SST returns, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Utilize AutoCount System: Maintain accurate accounting records using the AutoCount accounting system.
• Ensure Compliance: Liaise with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Your academic foundation is crucial for this role.
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in the trading / e-commerce industry. Your past experience will be a valuable asset.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office is essential for data analysis and report generation.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness in financial records.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties.
