Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Ensure stock movements such as Receiving, Purchase Return, and other inventory transactions are processed accurately and on time.
• Organize and plan warehouse space management to optimize storage capacity and operational efficiency.
• Train, guide, and manage warehouse staff to address and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Ensure accurate stock control for both inbound and outbound inventory movements.
• Maintain daily housekeeping standards to ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper organization.
• Ensure high-value and fragile goods are stored securely in designated areas.
• Ensure all racking systems are properly labelled and arranged for easy identification and retrieval of items.
• Prepare and conduct monthly stock counts, ensuring physical stock matches the inventory system and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
• Communicate with Procurement or relevant departments regarding product discrepancies, purchase order issues, or stock concerns.
• Monitor and improve dispatch productivity and efficiency.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in fulfilment, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel & word), and familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
• Good communication skills (English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
• Able to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-moving environment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
