• Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating daily operational tasks across various sites and locations.
• Travel regularly between client sites, offices, and third-party locations to carry out assigned duties on behalf of the Manager.
• Handle errands, deliveries, document submissions, and other field-based tasks as directed.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, government agencies, and internal departments on behalf of management.
• Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring deadlines are met promptly.
• Prepare and submit reports, updates, and summaries to the Manager after completing field assignments.
• Support the Manager during meetings, site inspections, and client visits when required.
• Maintain proper records of tasks completed, mileage, and any relevant documentation.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and urgent operational matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Uphold the company's reputation and standards at all times when representing management externally.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
