Job Title: Technical Delivery Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong and solution-oriented Technical Delivery Specialist to support the implementation and delivery of MiHCM solutions across multiple clients. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between Functional Consultants, Clients, and Internal Technical Teams. The incumbent will provide technical support during implementation projects, assist in solution configuration, troubleshoot system issues, support integrations, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to Functional Consultants during project implementations and customer onboarding activities.
• Support functional teams in configuring and troubleshooting system-related issues across Payroll, Leave Management, Attendance, Employee Self Service, and HR modules.
• Analyze technical issues reported during implementation and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist in configuring system parameters, workflows, integrations, and business rules based on customer requirements.
• Support data migration activities, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Investigate application issues, system errors, integration failures, and environment-related problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with Product Engineering or Development teams for advanced issue resolution.
• Support API integrations, third-party system connectivity, and data synchronization activities where applicable.
• Assist clients and internal teams during UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Support functional testing, regression testing, UAT support, and deployment validation activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting references, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Perform other legal and lawful duties as assigned to meet organizational requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business IT, or other related disciplines.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in Solution Delivery, Technical Implementation, Application Support, or HRMS / Payroll System Support.

Required Competencies & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
• Advanced knowledge in: SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, Indexes, Query Optimization, and Performance Tuning.
• Experience in database troubleshooting, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Good understanding of Azure Cloud services and SaaS-based applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data synchronization concepts.
• Ability to analyze complex system and database-related issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
