Job Summary
Responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets by promoting the company’s products and services.
Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Achieve assigned sales targets in specified timeline
- Negotiate and close deal, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and monitor customer feedback
- Handle payment follow-ups and ensure collection
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Track and report sales performance
- Responsible for all sales relevant documents: quotation, sales order, invoices and proposals
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
