Salary & Compensation:

• Monthly Potential: RM 5,000 – RM 10,000++ (Basic + High Commission & Performance Incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Execution: Follow up on leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, and walk-ins to convert enquiries into sales.
• Customer Consultation: Advise customers on the best vehicle choices, trade-in options, and hire purchase (bank loan) applications.
• Relationship Building: Maintain a strong database of clients for future referrals and repeat business.
• Vehicle Handover: Deliver a professional "Happy Handover" experience to customers.

Requirements:

• Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia.
• License: Must have a valid Driving License.
• Language: Able to communicate in BM and English (Mandarin is a strong added advantage for our customer base).
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills and a "never-give-up" attitude.
• Experience: Experience in car sales, insurance, or credit sales is preferred, but we provide training for ambitious freshers.
• Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as that is when our customers shop

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
