• Senior developer role to lead a group of junior developers to build a component of a new generation of transaction systems. This role also requires providing guidance to the offshore team in SZ.
• Develop a component in the new transaction system and ensure the quality of the deliverables
• Provide guidance and lead the junior and offshore developers to build the system

• Computer Science graduates
• 5+ years of hands on development experience
• 5+ years of experience on MS or Linux platform
• Experience in working in large team
• Java/C#/C++
• SQL server is preferred
• 5+ years of hands on development experience (real-time system is preferred)
• Detail oriented, demonstrated the ability to analyze and elaborate on requirements, and align with the perspective of both business and product sustainability
• Able to maintain strong working relationships with prospects
• The ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for learning and result oriented
