Job Duties

• Perform daily IT operations including user account management and data backup
• Hardware and software maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and installation
• Researched, tested and implemented new technology for in-house applications
• Provide technical support to end-users
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• High Diploma / Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
• 1-2 years working experiences in infrastructure, network and end user support
• Basic knowledge on network equipment / Linux Servers / Windows Servers / AD, Exchange / MS Office 365, VMware and Networking equipment
• Knowledge of basic scripting skills (e.g. shell scripts, Python) will be an advantage
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal support and guidance
• Immediately available will be an advantage
