Design and develop LLM-powered AI agents and applications that address specific needs on robotic platforms.
Build end-to-end AI solutions across the full AI stack, including model selection, fine-tuning, agent orchestration, tool calling, and production deployment.
Empower existing business systems with agentic capabilities, transforming traditional workflows into AI-augmented processes.
Ensure AI systems that are reliable, observable, and production-grade, with thoughtful design for failure modes, latency, cost, and evaluation.
Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape (frontier models, agentic frameworks, MCP, multi-agent systems) and translate emerging capabilities into product impact.
Requirements
Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven ability to work across the AI stack — from model training/fine-tuning to agent and application development.
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, including agent orchestration and tool-calling workflows.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with mainstream AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP).
Strategic and fluent use of AI coding assistants in daily development.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
A global, cross-cultural mindset — comfortable working with international teammates and designing for customers across different markets and cultures.
Intellectual curiosity and a strong drive to learn in a fast-moving field.
