• Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Provide expert system support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CCTV and storage systems.
• Actively participate in the implementation of new projects, including system integration, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Pursue and obtain professional certifications for enterprise-level systems and platforms to enhance expertise and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive system training programs to client IT teams and related personnel, ensuring their understanding and effective utilization of our systems.
• Maintain and update system and operational documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree (Higher Diploma or equivalent) in Information Technology, Engineering, Computing, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in the IT industry with large-scale project implementation experience (CCTV project experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows (Workstation and Server), Linux, network/security configurations, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, or other database systems.
• Knowledge of Virtual Machines (VM) and Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Cantonese and English.
