Job Overview

To lead the technical development of a high-performance ski monitoring system. You will be responsible for the full sensor lifecycle; from initial IMU calibration and data fusion to real-time signal processing using Discrete Fourier Transforms (DFT). This role is critical in transforming raw physical movement into actionable biomechanical data with millisecond precision.

Duties & Responsibilities

• IMU Sensor Fusion & Synchronization: Implement IMU fusion algorithms to ensure high-accuracy orientation and motion tracking
• System Architecture: Develop the communication protocols between the embedded processes and remote servers for data processing
• Firmware Optimization: Develop a robust calibration protocol for strain gauges to minimize sensor drift

Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Robotics Engineering or similar disciplines
• Required experience in Research (Ideally in the area of robotics)
• Understanding in C/C++ and ROS2
• Experience in Robotics is preferred
