Responsibilities
Job Responsibility
Develop & Maintain (Full Stack): Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React/Next.js and backend services using Node.js or Python.
API & Integration: Implement and consume RESTful APIs (and optionally gRPC), integrate with internal services and third-party systems.
Data & Visualization: Transform backend data into clean, actionable dashboards, charts, and operational views (e.g., logs, audit trails, reporting screens).
Quality & Testing: Write unit/integration tests, perform code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards and documentation.
DevOps & Delivery: Build and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, and support CI/CD pipelines.
Infrastructure as Code: Manage and improve infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform/CloudFormation) to ensure repeatable, reliable deployments.
Performance & Reliability: Optimize performance across frontend and backend, troubleshoot production issues, and drive root-cause fixes.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions in an Agile setup.
Job Requirements
4+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
Strong experience with React and Next.js (TypeScript preferred).
Solid backend experience with Node.js and/or Python (API design, authentication, data access).
Comfortable with Docker; practical exposure to Kubernetes (deployments, troubleshooting).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD practices.
Strong ownership mindset: able to drive tasks independently, communicate clearly, and deliver end-to-end.
Immediate availability preferred.
