Job Description
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead system analysis, solution design, and creation of high‑quality technical documentation
Design, develop, customize, and maintain scalable solutions, including SharePoint and no-code Applications.
Manage database administration and software & hardware maintenance;
Perform patches, system housekeeping health check, disaster recovery drills, etc.;
Handle incidents and resolve problems; address user enquiries and conduct user training;
To lead the developers to manage the DevOps Operation
CI/CD and front-end development is required
Produce structured design documents, architectural diagrams, and technical specification
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computing or related subjects
At least 4 years experience in IT industry
Solid knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server and no-code platform
Solid Experience in data management, C#, .NET, Node.js, JavaScript, and React or others programming
Experience in providing technical advice and support to different users and clients
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
