Responsibilities
Job Description:
Design and implement software solutions based on product requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Identify and address technical challenges and issues during development.
Debug and troubleshoot software defects and performance bottlenecks.
Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure software reliability.
Participate in the demand analysis, design and development of the company’s test platform and test tools.
Responsible for the test case design of the company’s core product modules and complete the benchmark test.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to define and refine project requirements.
Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical team members.
Document software architecture, design, and implementation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainable code.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to software development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Typescript, Golang, C/C++, Rust, etc.).
Familiarity with SQL, Data Structure, TCP/IP and Linux.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Proficiency in software development tools and frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, REST API, Kubernetes and microservice architecture.
Knowledge of AI products and solutions (e.g. ASR, NLP, Chatbot, Voicebot, etc.).
