Candidates with less qualification / experience will be considered as Assistant Systems Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration and support on computer systems, servers and networks including routine network maintenance and backup.
• Perform equipment and systems installation and configuration.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems health status, network performance and security control.
• Provide daily system support and help desk support to internal users.
• Support in IT projects, such as servers & infrastructure upgrade and migration.
• Carry out standby support in non-office hours including public holidays occasionally.

• Diploma in IT or computing related disciplines with 2 years' experience in system support and administration.
• Good knowledge in routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, Wi-Fi access point, WAN, VPN gateway and system monitoring.
• Hands-on experience in administrating Windows Server, Linux, Exchange Server, Active Directory, DHS/DHCP, VM Ware, MS Products.
• Knowledge of web and windows programming will be an advantage.
• Holder of professional certificates (e.g. CCNA, MCSE, MCITP) is welcome.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
