Chip Chip Golf is Hong Kong’s first golf program focusing on junior development. A multidisciplinary program designed to introduce the foundation of golf through fun games while fostering a player’s development across physical movement & technique, sports science and psychology.

Founded in 2023, we are in a rapid growth stage to become one of the fastest growing junior-focused sports organizations in Hong Kong. Our program operates in over 10 locations at schools, public locations, and private clubs across Hong Kong, for children between 2 to 14 years old.

Our team consists of best-in-class professionals in technical coaching, player development, sports science and psychology, combining over 30 years of experience developing elite junior athletes. Our comprehensive program is developed to nurture our students’ golf interests, skills, physicality, and most importantly, mindset. We believe that posting a good score on the golf course is the result of a healthy mind, body and then skills.

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Program Instructor.

Job Summary:

The Program Instructor is responsible for leading and executing our activity-based golf program for children ages 2 - 6. The ideal candidate should have experience leading and teaching sports skills to kids, creating a positive learning environment, and motivating children of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow our curriculum, develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that teach skills, techniques, rules to our students
• Lead group classes for children, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable atmosphere
• Demonstrate proper form, explain concepts clearly, and modify activities based on children's ages/skill levels
• Encourage teamwork, good values & sportsmanship, and the passion for learning golf
• Set up and break down equipment for class activities
• Monitor children's engagement and provide positive feedback/reinforcement
• Maintain order in classes and enforce safety rules/protocols
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and engagement
• Participate in training sessions to improve teaching techniques

About you

• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Native English speaker
• At least 1 year of experience in education, or teaching/coaching sports to children
• Strong skills and knowledge in multiple sports, experience in golf not a must, but preferred
• Excellent communication and instructional abilities
• Patient, energetic, and able to motivate children
• Creativity in designing fun, varied activities
• CPR/First Aid certified (or able to obtain certification)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
